The administrative need to satisfy is the telephone service of the number of health emergencies 061 and the number of health consultation 902400116, through specialized personnel, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

It is about providing a service that covers the initial reception of the demand calls that arrive at the CCUSG-061 through the header numbers that it serves, 061 and 902 400 116, its initial management, the activation and monitoring of the resources and the collection of data of the incidents attended.
