WestfalenBahn GmbH (hereinafter referred to as "WFB", "Client", "AG" or "Contracting Authority") has been commissioned to provide local rail passenger transport services. The electric multiple units used for this purpose are maintained by WFB. In the period from 01 November 2023 to 08 December 2030, various regular maintenance and repair measures in the ECM IV ("Regel-IH") area will be required on the electric multiple units of WFB's Flirt and Kiss vehicle fleets. In order to carry out and support the regular IH, the client needs two temporary workers throughout the period from 01 November 2023 to 31 October 2025 and, with a defined lead time, optionally up to twelve additional temporary workers for the period from 01 November 2023 to 08 December 2030. In total, however, the hirer will not call on more than twelve temporary workers at the same time via the tendered framework agreement. It will be used in the railway depots in Minden and Rheine.

The subject of the award is the provision of two (2) temporary workers (electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician or comparable training with a focus on electrics (m/f/d)) to support the regular maintenance in the Minden and Rheine railway depots of WFB in the period from 01 November 2023 to 31 October 2025. Furthermore, the client has the option of calling up to twelve additional temporary workers over the entire term of the contract (from 01.11.2023 to 08.12.2030). In total, however, the hirer will not call on more than twelve temporary workers at the same time via the tendered framework agreement. It will be used in the railway depots in Minden and Rheine. The temporary workers must have knowledge in accordance with the listed qualifications and service description, which are regulated in the other tender documents.
