The contract is concluded for an estimated period of 63 months from the date of notification of the contract (forecast date of notification: end of December 2021). The contract consists of six phases described at the CCTP:

— phase 1: preliminary phase,

— phase 2: territorial diagnosis,

— phase 3: development of the land use planning project,

— phase 4: regulatory and operational declination of the project

— phase 5: consultation with institutional partners and the population,

— phase 6: finalization of the project and presentation of the results This is a composite contract comprising a regular lump sum contract (CFO) and a single attribution framework agreement with additional meetings (BPU) with only a maximum quantity but without minimum quantity pursuant to the 2º of Article R. 2162-4 of the Code of the public order.
