Performances Birmingham Limited (PBL) proposes to appoint a service provider to provide Cleaning Services to Birmingham Town Hall and Symphony Hall Birmingham effective from 2nd April 2018 for a term of 3 years, ending 1st April 2021.
The services to be covered by this contract will include:
1) Regular building cleaning (office, front, and back of house)
2) Janitorial services
3) Glazing and external door cleaning
4) Carpet cleaning
5) Washroom equipment rental and services
6) Consumable supply
