The purpose of the municipality of this tender is to contract a supplier for a client tracking system, which best meets the requirements set out in this tender document and the accompanying annexes.

In the project "Grip Op Sociaal Domein gemeente Stein" a decision was made to switch to a new application. Since the decentralizations in 2015, the activities of the WMO, Youth, Debt Assistance and Budget Management team have changed considerably. The department works according to the principle of 1 family, 1 plan, 1 director. To support this way of working, it is necessary to replace the current application.

The importance of a new system lies in particular in keeping a better picture of the customer. This means that the customer can be followed in every step of the process. The current application is not aimed at supporting the customer managers/ consultants at the "front" of the process and is not tailored to WMO and Youth.

The optimization of the work process
