The subject of the Order is the provision of services to the Contracting Authority in the field of comprehensive development of Design Documentation along with obtaining the necessary consents, arrangements, decisions and permits, as well as the execution of construction works with obtaining an occupancy permit for the reconstructed DN225 gas pipeline.
The task entitled "Development of design documentation along with obtaining the necessary approvals, decisions, permits, as well as conducting and performing construction works with obtaining an occupancy permit for the reconstructed DN225 gas pipeline" includes in particular:
preparation of project documentation,
execution of works consisting in the construction of a medium pressure pipeline with a diameter and parameters consistent with the technical conditions issued by the Network Administrator, it is assumed that the gas pipeline being the subject of the study will have a diameter of DN 315. The subject of the contract also includes the preparation of the network of the existing medium pressure gas pipeline with a diameter of DN225, which runs through the area of the STH Investment, for decommissioning it by excluding it from use, in particular cutting it off from the network and degassing. The subject of the contract also includes design in accordance with the guidelines of the Network Administrator and execution of departures from the newly designed gas pipeline in the amount of up to 12 pieces in the range of diameters DN110 and DN225 and lengths up to 10 m each, which will be terminated with shut-off valves.
In addition, the subject of the order includes:
demolition works:
- demolition of existing road surfaces and pavements in the place of laying the gas pipeline network,
- removal of existing trees, shrubs and other greenery interfering with the route of the network,
- removal of the humus layer, removal of humus to the temporary landfill of the Contractor,
- demolition of other objects colliding with the planned networks,
- utilization of excess excavated material and excavated material in the event that the CI finds that the soil is not suitable for rebuilding
removal of collisions of the designed networks with the existing infrastructure,
earthworks with excavation drainage,
technological robots,
construction of a gas network with 12 outlets ending with a gate valve and a plug, along with marking of the gas pipeline and carbonation of the gas network section,
connection to existing infrastructure,
securing the excavation necessary to connect the sections to the existing gas pipeline network made by the Network Administrator in a manner ensuring uninterrupted gas supplies to end users,
Finishing works and land development:
- tidying up the Construction Site along with the restoration of the original state of the affected objects (reconstruction of roads, pavements, slopes, ditches, humus and implementation of greenery),
- toppling the surface layer of the ground using stored humus from the places where it was removed,
- disposal and utilization of waste remaining during the execution of the Works,
j) All restoration works (pavements, slopes, etc.)
k) All other works necessary to carry out the Task, in particular:
- obtaining an occupancy permit and commissioning the Task,
- participation in the transfer of the gas pipeline network by the Ordering Party to the assets of the Network Administrator,
- preparation and transfer of the Project Documentation required by the Network Administrator and other documents required by the Network Administrator,
- making a geodetic inventory in paper form 3 copies and electronic in editable format (m.in.doc, xls, dxf) and PDF,
- preparation of as-built documentation with legibly marked all changes introduced during construction, along with a geodetic inventory of the networks and objects made, as well as protocols of tests and checks,
- handing over the documents of the work performed necessary for the Ordering Party to hand over "to the state" of the Network Administrator,
in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement and described in detail in the PFU.
