The intention is to commission specialist planning services for technical equipment (plant groups: sewage, water and gas plants / usage-specific plants) in accordance with Part 4, Section 2 of HOAI 2013 for the creation of the ES construction (phases 1 and 2) of the renovation and expansion measure low-rise building north-east at the Bundeswehr Hospital Ulm. It is intended to commission further service phases after the completion of these services. The conversion area flat building northeast consists of 2 floors with medical use and one floor as a technical level. All floors are directly connected to the existing high-rise. Each level has a gross floor area of approximately 5,200 m 2 , However, the space requirement to be accommodated includes a pure usable area of approx. 14,300 m 2 , so that a hospital expansion has to be planned. At the same time, however, it should be noted that the hospital must remain in full operation even during the renovation. This will probably result in implementation in several construction phases, starting with a new building. In addition to the two new outpatient centers, diagnostics (radiology and nuclear medicine), microbiology, hospital management, central changing rooms and the connection to supply and waste disposal are further essential components. The total construction costs are approx. EUR 130,000,000 gross.
