1. The subject of the contract is the production of translation and interpretation into European and non-European languages, divided into three language groups:
• I language group – English, German, Russian, French;
• Language group II – Swedish, Czech, Slovak, Slovenian, Ukrainian, Croatian, Spanish, Italian, Romanian, Latvian, Lithuanian, Hungarian, Catalan, Bulgarian, Portuguese, Danish, Estonian, Flemish, Finnish, Greek, Dutch, Irish, Georgian;
• Language group III – other languages: m.in. Chinese (Mandarin).

• Language group III – other languages: m.in. Chinese (Mandarin).
2. The subject of translations will concern all issues covering the area of activities of the Voivodship Self-Government such as: political, legal, social, economic, IT, transport policy, innovation policy, corporate social responsibility, evaluation of public policies and regional development forecasting, regional policy and European funds, agricultural geodesy, land consolidation, management and agricultural works, rural development, statistical issues, EU topics European and international, environmental protection and other issues within the area of activities of the Voivodship Self-Government.
3. Translations will concern international multilateral and bilateral agreements, civil and legal agreements, letters, protocols, reports, project fiches, publications, articles, analyses, speeches, reports, Power Point presentations, statutes and regulations of international organizations as well as information and promotional brochures of the Malopolska Region, etc.
4. The Contractor shall be obliged to use terms commonly used in the field concerned by the translation.
5. Interpreting services will be performed in the Malopolska Region.
6. As part of the contract, the following services will be commissioned:
• uncertified translations (in the ordinary, urgent and express modes) and linguistic proofreading of texts made by a person for whom the language of the text is a native language;
• certified written translations (so-called sworn translations);
• interpreting during meetings, trainings, workshops and seminars/conferences, etc. taking place at the Ordering Party's registered office and outside its registered office:
• simultaneous interpreting,
• consecutive interpreting.
7. The frequency and number of translations will depend on the actual needs of the Ordering Party, and their execution will be commissioned each time.
8. The estimated number of translations that may be commissioned within individual groups of translations is included in Appendix 1C to the SCW.
9. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the conditions for the performance of the contract are included in the draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be introduced into the content of this contract – contract template and constitute Annex 1C to the SWZ (hereinafter referred to as the model contract).
10. The Contracting Authority, according to the disposal of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract.
