The expected services cover: Infrastructure hosting; Management of the standard and VIP proximity service; Operation and administration of infrastructure and systems, including a 24/7 defined scope; Connection, double-induction network interconnection services with two different providers, to Internet and Wi-Fi as of autumn 2024 for the new SEDIF site; Management and administration of equipment (computer stations, telephone sets, copiers, switches, etc.); Management and administration of the mobile and tablet fleet; Maintenance of computer equipment; Management and monitoring of the CMDB (Configuration Management Data Base); Incident management and user support (remote and proximity); Assistance in the management of IT projects; Advice and recommendations for the implementation of IT solutions
