Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property in the municipality of Gorlice and organizing the stationary PSZOK

The subject of the order is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property located in the Municipality of Gorlice, collected by them in accordance with the provisions of the rules of procedure for maintenance of cleanliness and order in the territory of the Municipality Gorlice and the organization of the Stationary Selective Point of Municipal Waste Collections in Gorlice and the provision of services for the reception of waste and their development from the date of the start of the implementation of the contract. Services for the reception and reception of municipal waste and its development will be provided for owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property from Gorlice Municipality - in accordance with the Resolution of the Gorlice Municipality Council on the detailed manner and scope of the provision of services in the scope of receiving municipal waste from property owners from the territory of the municipality of Gorlice and the development of this waste.

1. The object of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the owners of inhabited and non-inhabited property located in the Gorlice Community and the organisation of the Stationary PSZOK in Gorlice and the provision of services in it the reception of waste and its development.

2. The scope of the order shall include:

1) collection of mixed (non-segregated) municipal waste code 20 03 01 accumulated in bags, containers or containers in single-family areas and in work establishments, commercial and service outlets, schools, institutions and other entities, as well as in the streets, squares and cemeteries;

2) collection of the following types of waste collected selectively:

a. Paper waste including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard (code 20 01 01 01, 15 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01 01),

b. Glass waste, including packaging waste from glass (code 20 01 02, 15 01 07),

c. Metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-plant packaging waste (codes 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 15 01 05, 15 01 04, 15 01 04, 20 01 40) collected together (in containers and bags intended for collection plastics),

d. biowaste constituting municipal waste (code 20 01 08, 20 02 01).

3) The waste referred to in paragraph 2 (2) shall be collected in bags or containers by property owners on single-family buildings and collected in bags, containers or containers in work establishments, commercial posts and service points, schools, institutions and other entities; as well as in streets, squares and cemeteries;

4. Reception of selectively collected municipal waste listed below:

a. Construction and demolition waste codes 17 01 01 01, 17 01 02, 17 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 02 01, 17 02 02, 17 02 03, 17 04 07, 17 08 02, 20 03 99,

b. Worn tyres code 16 01 03,

c. large-sized waste code 20 03 07,

d. Waste electrical and electronic equipment with codes 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, regardless of its condition and completeness

e. household hazardous waste (i.e. chemicals, used batteries and batteries and others) codes 20 01 13*, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 27*, 20 01 29*, 20 01 33*,

f. expired medicines code 20 01 32,

5. The scope of the order also includes the cleaning of the site at the collection site of waste in the event of contamination resulting from the overflow of the container as well as in the case of contamination caused during the collection operation.

The scope of the contract also includes a notification in writing of the property owner's failure to comply with the obligation to collect municipal waste selective. In the event that the property owner fails to comply with the obligation to selective collection of municipal waste, the Contractor shall accept it as mixed municipal waste and shall notify it in writing to the Ordering Authority/.
