The subject of the order is the delivery of specialist equipment for the occupational health and safety at the Center for Vocational and Continuing Education as part of the project "Modernization of vocational education in Elbląg - stage II".
Project co-financed under the Priority Axis RPWM.02.00.00 - Human resources for the economy; Action RPWM.02.04.00 - Development of vocational education and training; Sub-measure RPWM.02.04.02 - Development of vocational education and training - ZIT to Elbląg projects of the regional operational program of the Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship for the years 2014–2020 co-financed from the European Social Fund.
Place of delivery: Centrum Kształcenia Zawodowego i Ustawicznych, 82-300 Elbląg ul. Bema 54, POLAND.
The scope of the contract includes:
a) delivery of specialist equipment to the occupational health and safety laboratory:
a detailed description is included in Annex 1a to the ToR;
(b) labeling in accordance with the 'Applicant and beneficiary's manual for cohesion policy programs 2014-2020 in the field of information and promotion';
c) providing service during the warranty period for equipment that requires servicing.
The contracting authority informs that it does not envisage the award of the contract referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 7 of the Public Procurement Law.

Contractor having its registered office on the territory of the Republic of Poland, in relation to a person residing outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, to whom the document referred to in section VI.3 point 6. item applies. 1, submits the document specified in § 8 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 26.7.2016 on the types of documents that the Employer may request from the Contractor in the contract award procedure (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 1126, as amended), to the extent specified in art. 24 paragraph 1 points 14 and 21 of the PPL Act.
If the Contractor has its registered office or place of residence outside the territory of the Republic of Poland, instead of the documents referred to in section VI.3 item 6. item 1-4 submits the documents specified in § 7 of the above-mentioned ordinance.
