Description:
Supply of cooked roasts, cooked stuffed roasts and fresh pasta for the culinary preparation unit of Château-Arnoux

The culinary preparation unit produces 3,400 meals per day (cold link) for nine colleges in the department, including a boarding school (around 50 seats). The supplies of cooked roasts, stuffed cooked roasts and fresh pasta will comply with the legislation in force, without additives in the packaging. The foodstuffs requested are broken down into two distinct batches. The procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1º and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public order code. The framework agreement with a maximum is made in application of articles L. 2125-1 1º, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. It will give rise to the issuance of order forms.
