The subject of the contract is a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste and its development from the owners of properties residing and uninhabited within the Municipality of Szerzyny, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage.

The projected amount of waste collected in 2022 is 1,300 Mg.

1. The object of the contract is a service consisting of the collection of municipal waste and its development from the owners of properties residing and uninhabited within the Municipality of Szerzyny, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable waste transferred to storage.

The projected amount of waste collected in 2022 is 1,300 Mg.

The area of Szerzyny Municipality is 82 km2. The population checked in as of 30 June 2021 was 7831 persons. To date, the collection of municipal waste is covered by approximately 1900 households located within 5 sołectw of the gmina Szerzyny: Szerzyny, Ołpiny, Czermna, Żurowa, Swoszowa. Uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is created in the area of the Municipality of Szerzyny are in particular:

1. Schools - 5 schools, including 3 teams of educational institutions

2. Kindergarteners - 3

3. Health Centres — 3

4th Roman Catholic Parishes - 5

5. Parish cemeteries — 6

6. TSO Firehouse — 6

7. Business activities, companies (shops, sawmills, manufacturing companies, wholesalers, eateries, service stations, pharmacies, etc.) - approx. 125.

The projected amount of waste collected in 2021 is 1,300 Mg.

2. The scope of the object of the order includes the reception and development of:

1) Receiving and developing mixed unsegregated municipal waste code 20 03 01 accumulated in bags or containers located near residential buildings, in workplaces, commercial and service outlets, schools, institutions and other entities, and at streets and squares,

2) Receiving and developing the segregated (collectively collected) of the types of waste listed below:

• Paper, including cardboard, packaging waste from paper and packaging waste from cardboard,

• Metals, including packaging waste from metals,

• Plastics, including plastic packaging waste,

• Glass, including glass packaging waste,

• multi-aerial packaging waste,

• Biodegradable waste,

accumulated in properly marked bags.

3) From the Selective Collective Point of Municipal Waste in Szerzyny the following types of waste:

• hazardous waste,

• expired medicines and chemicals,

• waste not eligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes,

• spent batteries and batteries

• consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

• furniture and other large-sized waste,

• worn tyres,

• construction and demolition waste

• waste of textiles and clothing.

4) In addition, furniture and other large-sized waste should additionally be picked up at the waste collection site 2 times during the year according to the scheduled schedule.

5) The Contractor shall conduct the collection of white foil after hay, white film — black, cords, fertilizer bags and Big Bag packaging 2 times per year, i.e. spring and autumn action.
