The procurement procedure used is: open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. It will consist of the following phases:-Publication in the Boamp,-Provision of the consultation documents on the Achat-Santé platform,-Receipt of tenders,-Analysis of tenders,-Choice of the selected supplier, finalisation of the contract, notification. For this consultation, no specimen is required according to the indications mentioned in the catalogue of lots annexed to the CCTP.The Simone Veil Hospital Center in Blois reserves the right to request samples, after the opening of the envelopes, in the event that tests have to be carried out (see Cctp)
