The object of the purchase is the construction works of engineering structures and engineering networks of other purposes (intermodal terminal of šiauliai public logistics center) and the production and installation of a temporary and permanent publicity stand. The contractor will be obliged to prepare a draft of the work and carry out construction work. The works also include the implementation of all the necessary connections to the engineering networks, obtaining all the necessary permits and / or licenses, making complete (geodetic) photographs, handing over the executive documentation of the finished works to the contracting authority (customer) and, according to the customer's authority, uploading the executive documentation of the works to the Construction Current Affairs and Visualizations Portal Infostatyba.lt (hereinafter referred to as INFOSTATYBA), and transferring the received construction completion certificate to the contracting authority, as well as all the necessary measurement, testing and cleaning work necessary for the signing of the completion document and the serviceability of the structure(s).

The purchased construction works of the intermodal terminal of the Šiauliai Public Logistics Center are carried out according to the technical project "Susisiekimo communications (railway tracks), engineering networks and other purpose engineering structures at Avi str. 9, Avi str. 11, Avi str. 17 and Šiaulių m.sav. in the territory of Šiauliai m.sav. new construction project" No. 423-XX-TP" phase III.

Plumbing pipeline construction works – c. 1805;

Construction of domestic sewage – about 416 m.;

Stormwater pipeline construction works – about 1090;

Construction works of electrical networks (outdoor networks) – about 5089;

Construction works of electrical networks (lighting networks) – about 3379;

Construction works of electronic communications networks – about 7500 m;

Construction work on security alarm networks – c. 3884;

The construction of the fence was about 1755;

Site installation works – approx. 26352 m2;

Ramp installation works – about 162 m2;

Interior road construction works – approx. 4179 m2;

Modular huts (container type), including installation – 8 pcs.

Temporary information stand (1 pc.), which at the end of construction work must be dismantled and a permanent explanatory stand (1 pc.) must be installed. Temporary and permanent information stands are prepared in accordance with the Law on Construction and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No. 1303/2013 (detailed information http://www.esinvesticijos.lt), in agreement with the Customer.
