Unarmed security service, patrol, remote alarm and concierge at the real estate compendium of the MAXXI museum whose main access is located in Via Guido Reni 4a - 8, chap. 00196, Rome

a) access control, with a ban on unauthorized persons;

b) control and registration of the guests of the Foundation and the staff of authorized external companies, regulation of the influx of authorized vehicles (transport, loading and unloading) according to the provisions given by the MAXXI Foundation;

c) internal and external control and surveillance of the real estate and movable assets of the MAXXI museum complex;

d) surveillance through the closed circuit television surveillance system (CCTV) of the MAXXI museum in Rome and any additional spaces;

e) first intervention in case of natural disasters, accidental events, vandalism, tampering or theft within the museum compendium;

f) night patrol service on the entire perimeter of the museum compendium.
