Additional purchases occur in the form of accessories for the measuring instruments and are estimated to amount to approximately SEK 1,000,000. In the procurement, contracts will not be awarded in separate lots. The reason for this is consideration of the nature and nature of the service, where lantmäteriet needs a partner for efficient planning and implementation of the assignment, as well as a cohesive delivery of products with high compatibility.
The planned contract period is 2023-12-01 to 2028-01-31 (with a lease period from 2024-02-01 to 2028-01-31) with the possibility for Lantmäteriet to extend the agreement for up to 12 months.
The purpose of the contract period and the extension option is to create good conditions for lantmäteriet to adapt agreements and future procurements if necessary.
