The offer includes daily cleaning of GI's premises in the inner city. The total area to be cleaned under the tender contract amounts to 3 365 m2, and consists mainly of office space, corridors, meeting rooms, etc. Parts of the area should not be cleaned daily.

The cleaning services are offered on the basis of a 2-year agreement with an option of 2 x 12 months extension with expected contract start 1.4.2019.

The tasks that the winning bidder (hereafter the “Supplier”) must perform are described in detail in the requirements specification (Appendix B) and the agreement (Appendix G). In particular, GI should point out that the draft contract contains a number of requirements for the Supplier's environmental measures. These requirements reflect GI's continued focus on protecting the environment and are an important component of the services provided by the Supplier.
