The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in article 6 section 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended – "Act on forests") to be performed in the Chojna Forest District in the Kamienny Jaz forestry in 2022.

The proceedings shall be carried out in an unrestricted tender procedure pursuant to Article 129 (1) (1), referred to as Article 129 (2) and Articles 132 to 139 of the Law of 11 September 2019. The law of public procurement and implementing acts to the PZP, in accordance with the rules laid down for classical procurement a value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds.
