The district of Harburg has decided to expand the grammar school at the Kattenberge in Buchholz and the secondary school Hollenstedt within the framework of a PPP model.

In Buchholz, a total contractor is to have an extension of approx. 1 350 m 2 NUF plan and build inclusive bridge financing turnkey.

In Hollenstedt is an extension with about 1 100 m 2 NUF planned and built inclusive bridge financing turnkey.

The contractor shall provide all necessary planning and construction services for the ready-to-use construction of the new buildings and maintenance within the extended warranty period, including the adjustment of the technical installations, on the basis of functional construction performance specifications with space program. This includes the application for planning permission and the provision of temporary bridge financing. A transfer of land to the contractor is excluded.

The district Harburg intends, the Gymnasium at the Kattenberge in Buchholz in the course of the conversion from G8 (Abitur after 12 years) to G9 (Abitur after 13 years) to an extension with a usable area of about 1 350 m 2 to expand.

In addition, minor alterations are in existence with an area of approximately 400 m 2 intended.

A total of 5 AUR's, 2 NTW rooms with collection, 2 PC rooms, the teacher's room with tea kitchen and copy room as well as toilets, ar-chiv / technology and corridors are to be provided for the cultivation. The district has drafted a preliminary draft to test its feasibility.

In total, 12 AUR's, 4 group rooms, 1 parent's room, 1 teacher's room, 1 office for social workers as well as ancillary and technical areas in the new building are to be considered for the cultivation.
