GGN is seeking to procure and work with two partner organisations to contribute to our Towards Work Programme to lead a Towards Work Hub.

Each Hub will oversee partners end to end employability provision. We wish to procure partners to operate hubs covering the following areas;

— Derby City and South Derbyshire.

— North East Derbyshire, Bolsover and Chesterfield.

New partners will provide End to End Employability Support and Manage an Opportunity Hub. This will include:

— Supporting, training and supervising a number of Job Coaches.

— Enabling Participants in their Employment Journey.

— involvement in the TW Partnership Delivery board.

— Enabling partners to be complaint with ESIF requirements.

— Active monitoring and performance of partners.

Each Towards Work Hub will oversees partners end to end employability provision and assisting them to ensure compliancy and being representative for them on the Partnership Delivery Board. We wish to procure partners to operate hubs covering the following two distinct areas

— Derby City and South Derbyshire

— North East Derbyshire, Bolsover and Chesterfield

Both hubs will be responsible for the coordination of End to End employability provision.
