The contract involves both internal and external maintenance and reconstruction in homes, other buildings and outdoor areas. And it involves the rapid restoration of units after damage / change of tenants. The provision does not apply work to be performed rapidly, such as water leaks, to prevent consequential damage.

Bydel Vestre Aker would like bids for framework agreements for the following areas:

1. Emptying, cleaning, washing and cleaning units;

2. Carpentry, joinery, painting, wallpapering and floor laying;

3. Heating, ventilation and sanitation work;

4. Electric work.
