Warrington Borough Council in conjunction with Cheshire West and Chester Council, Cheshire East Council, Halton Borough Council, and Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership seek expressions of interest from organisations interested in providing professional consultancy services through a framework arrangement. The services to be provided cover the Council's responsibilities in connection with Transportation and the Public Realm.

The Councils intend to appoint a panel of consultants to provide multi-disciplinary professional and technical advice, design, guidance, negotiation and assistance on construction and other issues, including, but not limited to:

Transportation;

Public realm and asset management;

A full list of services will be included in the brief and ITT.

This Framework will be for 2 years with 2 12-month extensions.
