Oslo municipality, c/o 6 city districts (Alna, Stovner, Grorud, St. Hanshaugen, Grünerløkka and Gamle Oslo), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of Participatory Research for Project ‘Difficult Settlers’. The aim of the procurement is to obtain solid research based competence that shall follow the project's progress, measure effects, quality assure work that has been done and give professional advice when required.
Oslo municipality, c/o 6 city districts (Alna, Stovner, Grorud, St. Hanshaugen, Grünerløkka and Gamle Oslo), invites tenderers to an open tender contest for the procurement of Participatory Research for Project ‘Difficult Settlers’.
The project shall respond to a national intention and challenge that ‘all inhabitants can have stable living conditions’ in their own home, in an economic and professionally sustainable way. This particularly applies to persons who have major challenges with drugs and alcohol, mental health and any security problems and who have particular settlement challenges. These users make up the project's target group (see the attached project mandate).
