The municipality of Voorst has decided to outsource a new total solution for the following components: Business System (ZS); Document Management System (DMS); Customer Contact System (KCS).

Part of the tender is also the (re) realization of (the existing) links with applications from other suppliers and the migration of the data from our current DMS.

The purpose of this tender is to select a solution from one supplier for the case system, DMS and the customer contact system. The initial term of the agreement is five years, from 1.6.2021 to 31.5.2026. Subsequently, the agreement can be extended five times by one year up to and including a maximum of 31.5.2031. The award takes place subject to sufficient available budget.
