The services relate to the cycle of door-to-door collection of OMR and HC on all or part of the territory until their final treatment. The overall duration foreseen for the performance of all the services is 48 months. The provisional start date for services is 1.1.2021.

This lot concerns the services of:

- door-to-door collection and disposal of household waste at the Penol landfill center;

- the collection and transmission of information with the on-board computer to count the number of bin lifting (within the framework of the incentive fee).

The services encompass five operational stages:

- step 1: two types of collection are to be carried out door to door;

- step 2: transport of residual household waste to the treatment site;

- stage 3: transport of selective collection to the transfer dock;

- step 4: transport of the selective collection from the transfer dock to the sorting center;

- step 5: collection of waste from fairground markets and transport to the treatment site.

The transfer dock must receive, store and reload the skips of selective collection waste collected both by the collection service provider, beneficiary of lot 2: collection and transport of OMR and CS in PAP, West perimeter and by the government service. of the EBER community of municipalities.

The purpose of the service is the reception of selective collection waste, weighing, sorting, packaging, management of sorting refusals, organization of shipments to designated channels and recycling of JRM and GM paper / cardboard in a manner 1.11 and 1.02. The concerned perimeter is the Western perimeter.
