The assignment includes the preparation of an Energy Label and / or EPA for various buildings spread within the 7 participating municipalities.

The following municipalities are participants in this tender:

- Boekel

- Cranendonck

- Heeze-Leende

- Laarbeek

- Oirschot

- Someren

- Vught

Through this tender, the municipalities want to contract a contractor for:

• Issuing all required labels;

• The preparation of EPAs due to desire or necessity (Environmental Management Act);

• Carrying out a re-inspection of the label for office buildings> 100 m2 and with an energy rating with a lower qualification than C (D to G);

• Carrying out a re-inspection of the EPA to record what the impact of the (partially) implemented measures with a payback time of 5 years will have on the energy label.
