The present contract for intellectual services relates to a mission of Security and Health Protection Coordinator for the complete restructuring of the Sainte Marie Hospital Center in Nice, which includes several implementation phases to ensure the continuation of the activity of the Hospital Center. This is a category 1 operation as defined by article R. 4532-1 of the Labor Code

the Project to which this contract relates concerns the deconstruction of about 20,000 m2 and the construction of new buildings (about 20,000 square meters In work as well as their fittings, external works and parking)

the new buildings will accommodate all of the site's accommodation beds (about 255 beds), the patients' business premises and the hotel and medical-technical logistics sectors (pharmacy, central food production unit, general stores, laundry and relay lingerie)
