In order to properly support the target groups of the Participation Act, it is desirable for municipalities to be able to use work facilities. The municipalities in the Foodvalley labour market region can use a job coaching facility if a resident is unable to perform the tasks assigned to him without this personal support.

The municipalities opt for an agreement with a term of four (4) years until 31 March 2027. For each municipality, a separate agreement is concluded with providers who meet the established conditions. In consultation with an individual municipality, a shorter term can be agreed. Interim membership (if desired via a subcontractor) is possible.
