The purpose of the present framework agreements is the supply and delivery of white papers, color papers and special papers in grouping orders. Consultation launched by the National Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Food and Environment (Agrosup Dijon), the Technological University of Belfort-Montbéliard (UTBM), the University of Burgundy (UB) ), the University of Haute Alsace (UHA), the University of Strasbourg (Unistra) and the University of Lorraine (UL).

The coordinator of the group, the only contact person to whom the candidates must address during the procedure, is the University of Lorraine.

At the end of the public tender procedure, each member of the group will sign, notify and execute the contracts as far as it is concerned.
