Description:
Framework Agreement for the Purchase of Storage Shelves for Electronic Inventory Management System

The contracting authority has, on the basis of its own digitisation strategy, completed the procurement of an electronic inventory management system, as part of the digital development, streamlining of work processes and increased cost control at Oslo municipality's long-term flats and health centres. The inventory control system must safeguard storage control of medical consumables and products for servicing and cleaning.

In the department and central storage for medical consumables, a large number of different products between 120-160 goods lines are stored. The size of the department storage is between 8-12 m2 and with regular wall shelves it is impossible to store a product assortment of this extent. In addition to the need for specially adapted storage cladding, the storage cladding must have fastening devices for cards with bar codes, in order to scan out/in products in the inventory management system.
