The establishment of a framework to supply mains gas to approximately 1 020 meters with a combined annual consumption of circa 119 013 996 kwh - please note that due to the fluid nature of the portfolio it is anticipated that this number will vary slightly over the contract duration.

This framework will be for 36 months, with Sanctuary Housing retaining the option to extend by up to 12 months.
