To aid in the planning and execution of investment projects, The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency has established a technical advisory group (Technical Quality Group — TQG) and an architectural adviser group (Architectural Council). TQG and the Architectural Council are The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's advisory organ in connection with project development and quality control of planned solutions.

TQG and The Architectural Council shall consist of a core group of professionals who have extremely good professional competence and long experience in their disciplines.

The core group in TQG shall consist of:

— Adviser TQG — Construction technique;

— Adviser TQG — HVAC technique;

— Adviser TQG — Electro-technical.

The core group in The Architectural Council shall consist of:

— Adviser for architectural planning and development in early phase (Manager of the Architectural Council — separate notice and not part of this competition);

— Advisor to The Architectural Council — Architecture 1;

— Advisor to The Architectural Council — Architecture 2.

The Architectural Council and TQG hold monthly meetings at The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency's premises in Oslo, where relevant projects are presented and reviewed. In addition, The Architectural Council and TQG can engage in specific assignments down town or in the regions.

The framework agreement for Adviser for TQG — Electronic will be signed for 2 years. Other framework agreement will be signed for 4 years.
