The subject of the contract is the creation and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK or Point, in the Kluczbork Commune in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2026.

The description of the subject of the contract can be found in Annex 1 to the Model Contract and in the Model Contract – Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.

1. The subject of the contract is the establishment and operation of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, hereinafter referred to as PSZOK or Point, in the Kluczbork Commune in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2026.

and in the Model Contract – Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ.

2. The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders.

3. If reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems is indicated in the procurement documents, the Contracting Authority shall allow solutions equivalent to those described.

4. The demonstration of the equivalence of standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems shall be the responsibility of the Contractor and shall be documented and submitted by him together with the tender

5. Pursuant to Article 95 of the PPL Act, the Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor or Subcontractor to employ persons performing the following activities on the basis of an employment contract:

a) accepting waste to the Point (serving persons delivering waste),

b) preparing documentation of waste accepted at the Point.
