This assignment includes:

- The construction of the technical basement, a corresponding central block with sanitary and administrative part. This volume also includes the site's centrally located lift. A temporary passerelle is provided to connect the elevator to the first floor of the school building.

- Construction of the indoor playground/sports room.

- The road for cyclists and pedestrians from the Kleibeekstraat to the first school building and bicycle storage.

- Part of the surrounding construction around the buildings realised.

- Construction of the utility room in front of Kleibeekstraat. This is to provide the site with electricity (high voltage) and water.

New construction of a covered playground/sports room, sanitary block and utilities including environmental construction and prior demolition of existing structures.
