The purpose of this contract is to:

- the construction of a sewage treatment plant and the establishment of water collectors;

- the complete reconstruction of roads at rue du Tombois, rue Castaigne, rue des Combattants and rue Cauchie;

- replacement of drinking water supply lines;

on the territory of the municipality of Estinnes, Haulchin section.

The market is divided into two distinct lots:

Lot 1: Sewage treatment plant

Lot 2: Sanitation collectors, road works and SWDE works.

Bidders can submit bids for one or both lots.

If the bidder submits a bid for both lots, he indicates in the bid form his order of preference

allocation of lots.

Nevertheless, the contracting authority has the right to award only one of these lots, or none of them, and possibly

to decide to relaunch a procedure... (see contract documents)
