The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and implementation as well as the operational service of new devices and software for the integrated dynamic passenger information system. A detailed technical description and requirements in relation to the subject of the order are included in the Specification of the Essential Terms of the Order. The contract is carried out as part of the project "Ecological Konin - development and promotion of low-carbon urban transport" No. RPWP.03.03.01-30-0002 / 16

1. The subject of the order is the delivery, installation and implementation as well as the operational service of new devices and software for the integrated dynamic passenger information system (hereinafter the System).

Under the contract subject, the contracting authority expects:

a) delivery and assembly of 9 passenger information boards in places indicated by the Employer,

b) delivery and assembly of auto-computers and devices for 62 buses intended to operate the System,

c) perform works related to the implementation and configuration of the System, including:

- installing servers in a server room at the Employer's headquarters,

- creation of a computer station to support the Service Center (CO) and update of timetables with accessories,

- software delivery and assembly together with licenses to perform the System functions,

- delivery and assembly of other elements necessary for the proper operation of the System in the described functionality,

d) conducting training of the Employer's staff in the proper operation of the System,

e) creating a website and creating a mobile application for Android and iOS for passengers.

2. The supplied devices of the System must be brand new and to the highest possible extent ensure efficient transfer of information to information boards by ensuring adequate communication between the Service Center (CO) and buses.

3. The main task of the System is to be efficient transmission of all data necessary for the Employer, their analysis, processing of results as well as quick and clear transmission of all information important for the society.

Required warranty and warranty period.

Minimum period: the guarantee is 36 months; warranty - 24 months.

The subject of the order is implemented under the project entitled "Ecological Konin - development and promotion of low-carbon urban transport", No. RPWP.03.03.01-30-0002 / 16 for Measure 3.3 "Supporting low-carbon strategies including urban mobility", Sub-measure 3.3.1 "Investments in the field of urban transport" under Wielkopolska Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020.
