Description:

Multi-stakeholder framework agreement for project management external project management in the areas of VRD - sanitation, building and structures on the networks of the SANEF group

The mission entrusted to the incumbent is mainly focused on complete or partial project management studies in 3 areas of expertise: VRD - sanitation, buildings and structures.

Lot 1: VRD project management - Northern network sanitation

The project management mission may include the following elements:

1) preliminary studies;

2) diagnostic studies;

3) sketch studies;

4) pre-project studies;

5) project studies and establishment of WFDs;

6) the assistance provided to the contracting authority for the award of works contracts;

7) implementation studies or examination of their compliance with the project and the endorsement of those made by the economic operators responsible for the works;

8) the management of the execution of works contracts;

9) scheduling, steering and coordination of the site;

10) the assistance provided to the project owner during reception operations and during the guarantee period of perfect completion.

11) specific studies and files related to requests for information from the granting State;

12) specific studies and administrative authorization files related to the various environmental codes, urban planning, roads ...

Lot 2: Northern network building prime contractor

The project management mission may include the following elements:
