The subject of the order is the collection and management services of waste code 19 12 12, derived from processed mixed and selectively supplied municipal waste as a so-called oversieve fraction > 80 mm, with a combustion heat value above 6 MJ/kg of dry matter. The waste batches received may vary in value and any differences will not form the basis of the Contractor's claims to the Contractor to the Contractor. The waste will be loaded in loose form on the Contractor's means of transport. The estimated amount of waste for collection and development is 5.000 Mg during the term of the contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to reduce the quantities anticipated for the collection and management of waste. The actual amount of waste will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party. The waste must be transported and then developed in installations which have decisions authorising the processing of this waste in accordance with Annex 1 of the Waste Act.
1. The subject of the contract is the successive collection, transport and management services of waste code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical waste treatment other than those listed in 19 12 11 originating in the Municipal Installation in Suwałki.
2. The amount of waste with code 19 12 12 that the Ordering Party will transfer for collection, transport and management during the term of the contract is about 5,000 Mg. The monthly amount will be from 500 Mg to a maximum of 1000 Mg, while the maximum daily amount will be about 100 Mg. The average weight of one load during the month will be at least about 17 Mg when loading semi-trailers with a volume of >90 m3. The above quantity is an estimate and serves the Contractor as an auxiliary to prepare the offer and calculate costs, but they do not constitute the basis for any claims in this respect. The Ordering Party is not obliged to complete the order in full. Waste collection will result from the current needs of the Ordering Party.
3. Waste code 19 12 12 constitutes a regularly produced sorting material as a so-called > 80mm supersieve fraction in the form of a caloric fraction of ballast with a combustion heat greater than 6 MJ/kg of dry matter derived from mechanical treatment of waste in the sorting plant — after processing the mixed waste municipal and cleaning waste selectively collected. Received lots of waste may vary as to value, and any differences will not form the basis of the Contractor's claims in relation to the Contracting Authority.
4. Waste covered by this order should be transported and then managed in installations that have decisions allowing the treatment of this waste in the recovery process, in a manner consistent with applicable law in this respect and using a minimum of one recovery process from R1 to R12, specified in the non-exhaustive list of recovery processes constituting Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 699, from late. died.).
5. Receipt of waste shall be carried out by transport organised by the Contractor and at his expense, including the costs of carriage, insurance for the duration of transport and unloading.
6. Waste with code 19 12 12 is stored in bulk on a paved yard and in this form will be loaded on the means of transport substituted by the Contractor. The Ordering Party, depending on its own needs, also provides for loading in the form of bales with dimensions of approx. 80 cm x 80 cm x 200 cm and a weight of approx. 0.95 Mg.
