The subject of the contract is the administration, operation and repair of municipal cemeteries of the Stargard Municipality, i.e.:
1) the municipal cemetery at Spokojna Street in Stargard, the so-called New Cemetery (plot No. 24/2, precinct 14) together with the buildings located on its premises and their equipment, infrastructure, fencing and undeveloped land reserve within the property;
2) the municipal cemetery at Kościuszki Street in Stargard, the so-called Old Cemetery (plot No. 623/15 in obr. 9; plot No. 13/2 and No. 14 in obr. 14,) together with the infrastructure, equipment and fence located on its premises;
3) the municipal cemetery at Lotników Street, the so-called Cemetery in Kluczewo (plot No. 2, precinct 20) together with the infrastructure, equipment and fence located on its premises.

3) the municipal cemetery at Lotników Street, the so-called Cemetery in Kluczewo (plot No. 2, precinct 20) together with the infrastructure, equipment and fence located on its premises.
2. Opening and closing the gates of the war cemetery at 26 Reymonta Street in Stargard (plot no. 149 obr. 2).
3. Care of national memorial sites in the city in accordance with Appendix 1 to this Agreement.
4. Collection of budget fees for the use of all municipal cemeteries and the communal pre-burial house in accordance with applicable local law.
5. Keeping cemetery books in the name and on behalf of the Ordering Party in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of 1 August 2001 on the manner of keeping records of graves (Journal of Laws of 2001, No. 90, item 1013, as amended).
6. Compliance with applicable cemetery and tomb regulations, including local law.
