As part of the VgV procedure, an object planner is to be identified and commissioned in stages for services of traffic facility planning according to HOAI 2021 Part 3 Section 4 Service Phases 1-8, local construction supervision as well as for other special services for the redesign of Grazer Platz and other intersections in Stuttgart-Feuerbach. Planning and monitoring goals are the redesign of the roadway and side spaces in order to increase the quality of stay in the square areas. In particular, the width of the roadway is to be narrowed to the bare minimum in coordination with the road traffic authority and the city planning office and visually adapted to the side space.

Commissioning is based on project approval within the framework of call-off contracts. The contractor is obliged to take over the service when the project is realised. The client intends to commission the services in stages. There is no legal claim to the transfer of all performance levels.
