Aalborg Utility offers a framework agreement regarding Construction Services.
The framework agreement covers construction services in connection with operation and maintenance works on the district heating, water, gas and sewerage systems in Aalborg Municipality.
The calculation of the estimated value of the framework agreement in point II.1.5) represents an estimate for the entire contract period, including option, and is therefore subject to some uncertainty.
It is noted that the builder does not have a drawback on the framework agreement.
This call for tenders includes a framework agreement for construction services. Framework agreements are tendered in accordance with the "Open Procurement" procedure laid down in Article 45 of the Utilities Directive (Directive 2014/25/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014). The framework agreement is awarded to one contractor, and tasks based on the framework agreement are therefore awarded by direct award.
Tasks offered concern the execution of operation and maintenance works on the district heating, water, gas and sewer system in Aalborg Municipality.
In particular, the tasks require competences in excavation depth of more than 4 meters in public road areas, drinking water safety, working environment, quality assurance, sewerage works, marking of road works, obtaining digging permits, handling of foreign pipes, paving works and notification of earthmoving.
Excavators and No-Dig are working on district heating, water and gas pipelines: pipeline breaks; Excavation works and No-dig in the renovation, replacement and new construction of service lines (single plugs); Point excavations and point-by-point renovation of main lines.
Excavation and wiring works on the sewer system: pipe breakage; Works incl. renovation, replacement and new construction of service lines; Works incl. renovation of main lines; Renovation of wells as well as regulation and replacement of watercresses and covers.
The works must be organised and carried out in close cooperation with the client's operating staff.
