The subject of this consultation is the provision of telecommunications infrastructures and a set of services, in particular: - efficient, secure virtual private networks (VPNs) adapted to the professions and the typology of health insurance organizations, - Internet access, - a protection device against attacks of the “denial of service” type “(Ddos), - active components for routing flows, - the realization of associated complementary services

This framework agreement will have as its object the provision of two private broadband data transport networks (Vpn) linking together the main production centers of the health insurance, the realization of associated services (deployment, operational monitoring, technical assistance). Holder 1 will be in charge of the Primary Backbone and corresponding purchase orders; Holder #2 will be in charge of the Secondary Backbone and the corresponding purchase orders

This framework agreement will have as its object the provision of access to the Internet for health insurance organizations, the realization of associated services (operational follow-up, technical assistance). Holder 1 will be in charge of primary internet access and corresponding purchase orders; Holder 2 will be in charge of secondary internet access and corresponding purchase orders

this framework agreement will have as its object the provision of protection devices against attacks of the DDOS type for the health insurance organizations, the realization of associated services (deployment, operational follow-up)

the purpose of this framework agreement will be the maintenance and evolution of the routing equipment fleet, as part of the management of the computer network of the General Scheme Health Insurance (Ramage), the realization of associated complementary services (operational follow-up, technical assistance)
