The subject of the award procedure is the conclusion of a framework agreement on the implementation of domestic workers and removal services at BaFin's headquarters in Bonn.

The focus of the work is on on-site office removals and refurnishing of meeting rooms as well as support services in the field of facility management. The following work can be carried out as examples:

- Internal distribution of consumables (copy paper, etc.)

- Supply of consumables for events

- Support of the post office in contracting postal and parcel deliveries

- Support of the archive pool for transport and hanging of larger amounts of files

- Operation of the authorities' own transport vehicles after instruction

- Provision of garbage and recycling bins for emptying

- Assembly and operation of the material press

- Disposal of furniture

- Support of inventory work

- Installation of whiteboards, picture frames, escape route signs

- Carrying out minor repairs to furniture / equipment

- Carrying out minor repair work without special technical knowledge (e.g. replacement of heating thermostat, oiling of doors, replacement of toilet seats, etc.)

- Care and maintenance work on the property (e.g. sweeping, disposal work)

- Set-up and dismantling of internal events (e.g. summer party)

In addition, furniture and material transports must be carried out between BaFin's Bonn properties. In particular, the timely occupation of a new property, combined with the leasing of a property, will lead to a large number of relocation movements. It is also possible to transport furniture to the private rooms of employees for the purpose of equipping home workplaces or trips to the BaFin properties in Frankfurt/Main.
