The procedure for the award of a public contract is conducted in the form of an unlimited tender with the possibility of conducting negotiations with an estimated value not exceeding the amounts specified in Article 2(1)(2) of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1129, as amended) based on the provisions of the SeWiK Sectoral Procurement Regulations.
