Subject of the contract is the supply, installation and commissioning of NOx reduction systems with increased reduction performance in 25 low-floor articulated buses with EEV engine, of which 14 buses of the manufacturer EVOBUS and 11 buses of the manufacturer MAN, according to the promotion guidelines for the retrofitting of diesel buses the pollutant classes Euro III, IV, V and EEV in public transport from 19.11.2018. If the removal of existing systems is required for the installation of the systems supplied, this is also part of the order.

The vehicles to be converted are the following types of vehicles:

- Evobus, type O 530 Citaro, year of construction 2011, engine OM457 hLA (220 kW), EEV, exemplified vehicle identification no. WEB62823113122920,

- MAN, type A23, year of construction 2010, engine D2066LUH (235 kW), EEV, exemplified vehicle identification no. WMAA23ZZ6BR008722.

Installation can be carried out in the client's workshop.

The pre-selection competition will examine the candidates' ability to perform in terms of economic and financial capacity as well as their technical and professional capacity by submitting applications for participation, documents, declarations and supporting documents (see III.1). The competition ends with a review of the suitability of the candidates and the selection of the candidates by the contracting authority, which will be invited in the further procedure for the submission of tenders. All formally and materially suitable candidates will be invited to submit tenders. Unsuccessful candidates will be informed of the reasons for refusing their application for participation in the negotiated procedure.

The AG will negotiate with the bidders who have submitted a tendered offer. The subject of the negotiations will be, in particular, the offer of the tenderer and technical questions.

The negotiated offers will be evaluated on the basis of the evaluation scheme published in the tender documents. The tenderer who has submitted the most economic tender will be awarded the contract.
