The subject of the procedure is the awarding of planning services:

- the object planning engineering structures according to § 41 HOAI i. V. m. Appendix 12 (on § 43 (4), § 48 (5) HOAI) in phases 1 to 9 and

- the technical planning technical equipment in the equipment groups 4, 7 and 8 according to § 53 HOAI i. V. m. Annex 15 (on § 55 (3), § 56 (3) HOAI) in phases 1 to 9 and

- structural design according to § 49 HOAI i. V. m. Annex 14 (on § 51 (5), § 52 (2) HOAI) in phases 1 to 6 for the extension to the 4th purification stage of the treatment plant Vogelholz.

The city of Schwäbisch Hall operates the sewage treatment plant Vogelholz with a nominal expansion capacity of 85,000 PE for the treatment of wastewater from the catchment area. The cleaned waste water is introduced into the digesters.

The evaluation of the operating data and a measurement campaign showed that the load increased significantly compared to the previous design. The treatment plant Vogelholz should therefore be extended to 100,000 PE as part of a rehabilitation and expansion project. In addition, the 4th purification stage for the treatment plant Vogelholz is to be realized.

In this context, Stadtbetriebe Schwäbisch Hall, Eigenbetrieb Abwasserbeseitigung developed an implementation concept through external support.

This concept results in the imminent realization of the 4th purification stage. The concrete selection of the suitable process for the 4th purification stage is currently still open and should take place within the framework of the preliminary planning.

The 2nd quarter of 2021 is the start of construction.

It is a stepwise commissioning intended, a claim for further appointment does not exist.
