The procedure, launched pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/16, includes, in relation to the nine-year period 2025/2033, the following services that can be acquired through a Framework Agreement:

a) ENAV statutory audit service pursuant to Article 14 of Legislative Decree no. 39 of 27.01.2010 and Article 10 of EU Regulation 537/2014;

b) legal audit service of the accounts of the Techno Sky and IDS AirNav subsidiaries pursuant to art. 14 of Legislative Decree no. 39 of 27.01.2010 and of the reporting package drawn up for the preparation of the half-yearly consolidation of the Parent Company ENAV;

c) sustainability reporting (ex Non-Financial Statement) consolidated by ENAV in the version that will be made mandatory by the new EU Sustainability Directive 2022/2464;

d) so-called additional assurance services on a ceiling, closely related to the statutory audit activities of ENAV and the Group (e.g. attestations or opinions that by law are the responsibility of the auditor, auditing services aimed at issuing certificates or comfort letters, etc.)

The maximum total value of the contract in question, including the aforementioned additional plafond services, over the 9 years of contractual duration connected to the aforementioned nine-year period, is estimated at Euro 7,650,000.00 excluding VAT but gross of the so-called CONSOB contribution.
