The purpose of this framework agreement is to appoint a new demolition project manager on the southern sector of the ZAC Campus Grand Parc to support SADEV 94 in the operational implementation of the project. Many properties have been acquired or are in the process of being acquired and therefore need to be refurbished

The holder of the contract will be responsible for:- a technical diagnosis mission of the real estate and existing waste on the site;- a project management mission for the execution of the demolition work integrating the consideration of a desired reuse approach on the ZAC;- a mission of assistance to the project owner (technical watch and consulting engineer service)
