The subject of the procedure and the contract is the selection of the Contractor for design works and construction works in the field of modernization and reconstruction of the building of the Rotunda Cultural Center (hereinafter referred to as: CKR) located in Krakow at 1 Oleandry Street - stage I, as well as the change of the central heating and hot water source along with protection against flooding of the building of the Żaczek Student House located in Krakow at al. 3 Maja 5. The order is carried out as a design-build order. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix A and to this Terms of Use (1 file in zip format), which contains the functional and utility program and Appendix B to the Terms of Reference.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the selected contractor a contract consisting in the repetition of similar services or construction works up to the net amount of PLN 19,012,354.27 within 3 years from the award of the basic contract.
